Faridaat Ghazal ‘Rahz’ received his AKC individual registration papers in the mail today! The rest of the litter should soon get theirs as well (providing their owners sent them in).

We’ve just been informed that Burydown Hilerica Ulahni ‘Lahni’ left this world last week. We send our sincere condolences to all who are mourning her loss. She was an amazing girl who was loved by many and produced some beautiful offspring to carry on the Burydown legacy. We are fortunate to have her wonderful daughter BURYDOWN VIOLANE GEM and greatly value what she has brought to our breeding program. Sleep easy dear Lahni. You are revered and remembered. Lahni was born May 24, 1997.

Faridaat Bryn'M Caramel Fudge @ 5 mos

A hearty congratulations to Cathie Hays and Cari (Faridaat Bryn’M Caramel Fudge) for winning BOB twice from the junior puppy class at the Eveyn Kenny Dog Show in Calgary this weekend!  She was awarded under judges Patrick Fitzsimmons and Robert Rowbotham (Cedarwind Salukis).  I have a feeling these pups are going to do us proud!  Cari is from the Faridaat F litter, the last pups we got from our beautiful Burydown Violane Gem ‘Layla’.

Dooley has found a home!  He’ll be travelling to Manitoba on Monday to live with Gord & Diane Ford at Al-hurr Salukis.  Dooley will have a couple lovely girls to call his own and a male buddy to chum with too.  We are very thrilled that he’ll be going to live with the Ford’s, but we sure will miss him.
